We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations at our discretion.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional cost, provided the issue is related to our workmanship.
Besad Services LLC is fully licensed and insured. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors outside our control, or indirect/consequential damages.
